Copyright and restrictions on culture
Every 26 April, World Intellectual Property invited to think about the impact of IP on innovation and knowledge. This event, established as the anniversary of the entry into force of the agreement that led to the WIPO , has among its main objectives "to make known the impact of patents, copyrights, trademarks and designs in our lives every day. " With this objective in mind, Vía Libre Foundation, Wikimedia Argentina, Argentine consumers, Argentina Creative Commons, among others, propose to discuss the real impact of copyright in our lives through a critical debate on the Act 11723 force in Argentina. The meeting will be held at the Cultural Center of Cooperation, Av Corrientes 1543, Tuesday 26 April, with several activities from 17 to 21hs.
