-The Argentine has two souls. An open, friendly, energetic, industrious, full of goodwill. The other, completely paranoid. I went to exchange dollars and the guy asked me the passport. He took my information, made a photocopy, he called my hotel to verify the data, made me sign a statement saying I know the law and that Argentina had won the money in a decent manner. It's ridiculous! Argentine institutions are the enemies of the people, the people are friendly and try to be efficient, but are placed in leg irons. But seeing them I realize that somehow manage Argentines. And that really commands respect.
